    @SJJ80 did the claimant comply with the judgment/order before the deadline? If yes, did you submit an amended defence? OR has the whole case now been struck out?

    No they didn't. No further documents have been filed and I have heard nothing further from them or the court. I'm assuming the whole case is now struck out but I've not yet heard back from the court confirming this. I assume they just stand by their previous order.

    You cannot safely assume and this just puts you in limbo.

    Simply email the court and ask for confirmation that the Claim stands struck out. Then please show that to us.
