Letter before Claim from CST Law

I’m just about to prepare our response to the letter before claim. I note there are two versions on the newbie thread depending on whether my husband was driving or not. I’ve looked at the photos that smart parking sent and I’m clearly driving the vehicle into the car park even though correspondence has been sent to my husband. However on the way out of the car park I believe my husband may well have been driving as it was my birthday and I was probably drinking alcohol, although you can only really see a hand on the steering wheel in the photo, so I can’t be sure. Does this alter what letter I use.0

Hi. We've been responding to court proceedings and got to the point of filing directions. The matter got referred to our local court and the court has made an order stating that Smart Parking Limited's Particulars of Claim do not comply with CPR 16.4(1)(a) and are therefore struck out.
The order further states that Smart Parking must by 7th April file and serve a Particulars of Claim identifying (a) whether the claim is brought under schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and if so whether the claim is based an obligation arising under a relevant contract or or as a result of a trespass or (b) the cause of action and how it arose and if the cause of action is breach of contract, the consideration provided and alleged breach. (Photo of order is attached).
We have also now received a without prejudice offer letter from Smart Parking, offering to settle for £60 instead of £327.40 and asking us to respond by 7th April.
We are minded just to pay the £60 just to bring the matter to an end but any advice before we do would be gratefully received.

You've won. This is at the finish line.
Don't blink. They are about to discontinue the Claim and that is the usual last throw of the dice! It's not a goodwill gesture. It's desperation before they fold. They don't like that Order. We see this ALL THE TIME.
Please post a full copy of this page showing the date, court, judge's name and Claimant. We need to add this to the judgments link collated by @Le_Kirk

Will add it when I see the full judgment with court name but have noted the user name on my list to remind me to check regularly.
