If you had clicked through you would have noted that it was Sold Out. Promo Code may have expired; though has been replaced by another on the DELL website.
Ryzen 5 3450u reduced to £399 with new promo code.

I did at the time of posting and it was still available, but yes there is the Rysen 5 model for not much more.

Three questions:

What is your parents existing laptop*? (Make and model number, the latter from the sticker on the base or under the battery)

Is screen size important? I generally find with older people, they want/need larger displays

Is the computer used at a fixed location and thus, does it need to be a laptop?
