As a genuine near-victim of the £100 PCN extortionate system, you will no doubt have strong opinions on confirming that the MHCLG are right to reduce the lower level to £50 (£25 early discount) like Local Authority levels, to disincentivise the greed and penalty mentality shown by the industry since they blagged ‘keeper liability’ by misleading the Government in 2011.

Glad to read that you have done the Government Consultation, as everyone here must, plus their families and friends, all answering the questions.

Also, I hope you've also registered for the Group Action, against the DVLA (open to anyone with a PCN since 2018?).  Gotta be in it to win it!  Nothing to lose, and it's genuine.
