Shell Energy Broadband hidden cost

If you leave Shell energy Superfast broad band at any time they make a "Cessation Charge" of £12. Which for a 12 month contract period works out at £1.00 a month. It would be have been helpful to have this factored in. It's not well advertised and is buried deep in the Shell termand conditions. Of couse if you don't leave Shell you don't pay it, but who would want to stay when most of the introdutionary perks have gone.
