Baby Unsettled at Night

Options
We've been blessed by our 11 month old who up until last week was a good sleeper. Last Saturday we moved house and now at nights the little one wakes up around 6 times. Nothing ever seems to be wrong and they go back to sleep in Mummy or Daddy's arms. However, this has become exhausting, is there anything we can do? We've also noticed a considerable uptake in the number of poops done during the day by the little one, not sure if this is related?

It might be worth speaking to your health visitor. He may have an upset stomach.

Have you changed your water supply with moving? My nephew always got an upset gut when he came to stay at my mother's  due to the  change of  water.

He may be starting to dream.

I found the best way was not to fight it. But we never lifted them or interacted with them.  We sat beside the cot and patted their back gently until they fell asleep again.

My  grandson went through a very disturbed period and my son spent many hours in a rocking chair in the baby's bedroom, cuddling him.
