COVID Refund Question

Hello, I am after some COVID refund advice.
I was due to attend an event in July 2020, due to lockdown this was postponed to November 2020, then to July 2021 and now to November 2021. I can no longer attend the new dates so have approached the company to ask for a refund. They have stated that as per their T&Cs they are not offering cash refunds due to COVID and only credit vouchers, however I made my purchases way before COVID and way before they added this to their T&Cs.
I have stated that they must offer a cash refund as well as offering credit vouchers in my refund request to them, however I suspect I will have a battle on my hands trying to get a cash refund from them. What are my rights in this instance?
Fortunately I did make the purchase (£221) with my credit card back in February 2020, but wondered if I would still be covered under section 75 - more than 120 days have passed since I made the purchase but it is only this past week that I know I can’t attend, is it now that the 120 days come into play? Would I be covered under section 75?
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

The 120 days doesn't come into play for s75. Only for chargeback.
For chargeback, it starts from when they fail to provide the product or service.
Check your terms re cancellation and postponement to see if you have a case.0
