Virgin Media and moving home

Hi...to save me the crippling pain of calling Virgin Media could anyone advise. We are moving home soon. We have had pretty poor service from VM where we are but when I search local Facebook groups etc it seems to be VM are the best around here. I think part of it may be due to the fact we are down the end of a cul de sac, so last in line for any decent service from the box at the end of the road. We are thinking we'll take Virgin to the new house, which is on a main road, and see how we go. We are out of contract hold in (since Sept 2020) so no fee to cancel. Does anyone know if when we move house and take VM, we would be effectively restarting a contract or would we carry on the one we have - if it's the latter I'm hoping we can see how we go and then cancel if it's still a pile of poop!!

Usually a new contract .Out of contract cancel before moving and take new customer offers at new house .You have no current contract it just rolls over every 30 days .Do VM actually supply the new house ??0
