It's always so satisfying to get a project finished exactly to your satisfaction without breaking the bank isn't it?  Well done!

I hope DD continues to stay well and that your day turns out to be as enjoyable as you'd hoped.

Happy new settee 😊I remember when I got mine I didn't like them because they looked huge in my living room, I got used to them after a week or so, they will need replacing at some point but not until I have a pet free house.
Hope your DD is ok and doesn't get any symptoms xx

  • DD went out with her dad. I was going to go out but was too tired so spent the afternoon with my friend at home relaxing. It was lovely.

He’s asked me what I want for Christmas 🎄 which made me smile. It’s funny because he’s not into mind reading or going out and guessing. He prefers just being told or sent a link or even better me getting it 😂.

I’m just watching Harry Potter and relaxing. DD will be home soon and I need to sort out some of her school things.

I also need to finish sorting my car insurance.

  • Has it been that long? Oh my, it’s been busy.

work is awful at the minute and I’m trying to stay positive but it’s so hard.

My sister and nephew have both tested positive and are at home so I’ve been helping with getting bits whilst she’s stuck at home. My parents were away so it was just me that could help.

DD took part in the remembrance parade today. It was lovely to see her taking part and she enjoyed it.

Money is ok. I had pennies left but wasn’t in my overdraft when the money went in yesterday. I got the new car insurance saving £140 including cash back.

I’m waiting to receive the £130 switch and a £25 Tesco voucher which will buy me some Christmas presents. It’ll be used for Christmas presents too. There was an offer on a website that if you signed up for something you got £40 voucher. I did it and got it straight away. It’s paid for two Christmas presents so far. Wouldn’t it be great if I could get all my Christmas presents with vouchers only! I don’t think that will happen this year but could get it next year if I plan appropriately.

With everything that is going on at work, it would be lovely to see a lot more progress with my finances. I really need to pay a lot more off as soon as possible. X
