Almost time to come back to reality!

It’s been a mixed week of walking and relaxing. I’d forgotten how important getting out walking was to me. It reset my mind to get back into my good eating habits. When that happens it’s like a switch and it happens immediately. Yesterday my food was so much better to the point we’d already agreed a fast food place and I ordered the salad!

I need to cut out alcohol too as that is when I eat the worse foods.

I’m looking forward to getting back into my own bed.

The view at the top was beautiful. The picture was where we parked so it was a fair walk before we even started going up it.

    Morning,

    I’m home now.

Money is actually much better than I thought. We didn’t spend much at all whilst away. Mostly due to having the dog and eating in every night. DD
enjoyed that though as it meant more hot tub time!

Final summer job money coming in and all my purchases have gone out. I am going to stick up on washing powder and a few bits like that as well. Just want to make sure I’ve got the expensive things in.

Shopping was a ridiculous price for not much.

I’ve got a bit of an admin day today. X

I won £10 on the postcode lottery. First win in a long time now. Very grateful for anything.

I got accepted onto an amazing uni course that I wanted to do. That was my meeting a few weeks ago and a few things in the past. I asked my ex to help on my first uni day but he’s away so I’ve had to reject the place. It just made me realise I can’t do it whilst DD is still so little as I never get the time to. 😢

I have decluttering and other bits to do today. I’m not really feeling motivated after realising I can’t do the course but things must go on.

Willow, first of all well done on being accepted to the course - you have done it once, so you will be accepted again.

Really sorry that you can’t do it just now though, it must be a disappointment. 😕 Sending hugs.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.
