PIP form has changed

Hi,
Anyone else notice the PIP form has changed?
They dont ask if you use aids anymore and the questions are slightly different.
The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer - I was in my late 20s when I figured out what this meant.
I neither take or enter agreements which deal with interest. I dont want to profit from someone's misery.

If it's the PIP2 then they certainly do ask you about any aids/appilances that you use. Sample here. https://www.kdc.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/file/Claim Form - How your disability affects you.pdfIf it's the review form AR1 then they ask you if anything has changed and also ask about any aids or appliances. See link.I;ve recently filled in and returned the review form for myself and it was exactly as the example above.

I suspect both versions of the form may be in circulation at the moment.

The new form is available here: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/735754/response/1759704/attach/4/PIP2 form booklet PrintOnly 220121.pdf?cookie_passthrough=1
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.2 -
So you still get points if you use an aid. You just have to write it in the text boxes. There is not enough room on the forms. Why are the text boxes so small? Should you try to only write that much? The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer - I was in my late 20s when I figured out what this meant.I neither take or enter agreements which deal with interest. Use extra sheets of paper but make sure you put what question it is. You need to give a couple of recent real world examples of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.

I am totally confused, 3 weeks ago the form I received was PIP B1043, it is exactly the same as the AR1, but I don't think mine would be a review as I had to go to tribunal to get awarded last time. I found this totally different to the previous one I had 5 yrs ago. That one I could put who my GP was and all Hospital Consultants' I was under, this time you can only put one, which to me is stupid, if you are under more than one like I am. I had to complete and return this form by 15th Aug.
This week I received a letter from DWP saying I had not returned my form!!! Today I received a letter from a local advice Centre, ( I used these last time, who were supposed to help me fill in the forms, biggest joke ever, they told me to fill the forms in, hand it into them and they would post it, that is all they did, so no way was I using them again), DWP have written to them to say they understand they are representing me and the forms have not been returned???? Surely that is wrong, this is just stressing me out all the time, what is the point of giving you a date to return the form if they are going to harrass you before then.0 -

Regardless of which form you received there's never enough of space to put everything down. You should also treat all claims as a new claim whether it's a review or not.The letter you received from DWP is standard letter which is automatically sent if your returned form hasn't been added to the computer by the specified date. DWP have extended return dates to 3 months, instead of the usual 1 month. It would not know that you've had an extension to return the form. The same thing happened to me when i returned my forms last month. As for the advice centre being contacted, can't help with that one but it's possible that DWP thought they were helping you this time too.
