My wife has just had a letter threatening legal action from DRP, for a PCN in 2015, issued by CpPlus. She received a county court claim form in April, but after explaining the circumstances to the helpful people at RoadChef, the court case was discontinued.Should we ignore DRP?As the PCN has been written off, is this not now harassment & a breach of data protection. Also, can they take you to court for the same thing twice?0

Make absolutely certain that this is for the same PCN/court case. If it is then complain to CP Plus/Group Nexus and the BPA.
If not, start a new thread and tell us the date of the alleged event. A court claim cannot be started after six years have passed, so you may need to engage with DRP to ensure it isn't passed back to the PPC if the six years are not yet up.I married my cousin. Complain to your MP? Complain to Roachchef, consider a LBA to the PPC

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Thanks for your advice, it’s appreciated. The reason we fought it was that my wife’s car was blocked in by contractors vehicles, so couldn’t leave. She subsequently missed a hospital appointment, which when she finally got another one 6 months later, led to her being diagnosed with cancer. The threats of having legal action taken against her has just added to the already stressful 5 1/2 years. She’s recently had more surgery, so I’m going to be talking on the fight for her.I’m thinking I’ll complain to anyone who will listen.0

Again, I suggest you start your own thread to deal with this. We need to know the date of the event if different to the issue date of the PCN as well as what has happened since then.
Complaints should be made in writing to the landowner, the PPC, DRP, the BPA, and your MP that the court case was withdrawn but you are still receiving demands for monies.
CP Plus/Group Nexus shouldn't be able to start another claim for the same event, but that doesn't mean it won't happen.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -

Request they confirm this to you in writing
It does sound that CP Plus are poor record keepers and don't know what the left hand is doing to the right ?
Send a copy to RoadChef telling them that CP Plus has ignored them.
Let them do the work for you

I'll definitely be making a report to SRA on the grounds of double recovery, lack of transparencies and some questionable exhibits/ omission of important evidence (cherry picking their exhibits so the dice is always loaded in their favour).2
