How do I know what my download usage is?

I've been using dh's work BT broadband for the past year, along with him. And have never had any probs 'download' sizing.
Dh is now moving job and we have to get our own BB. How do I know what our download size is?
I use the internet for surfing and emails but also connect to other pc's over logmein.com etc. Will this be classed as a 'high' download amount?

I severely doubt it.
Do you need to know right now or have you got a few weeks to find out?

There's a 30 day trial of this application. I have it, it sits above your clock and tells you how much traffic is flowing up/down. You can hide it away if you don't need to see your traffic constantly. It tallies up your usage so if you were able to surf normaly for a week or two you can look at the total, that's one of the best ways to find out accurately how much you use.0 -
