CAMHS could easily do you a letter, ask them to email a short summary and forward that.  Surely they are aware of the mother’s mental health as they look at the whole picture.

I have just had another phone call from BW legal who say that they would not have given the advice to get a drs letter.  Lies. The letter states that she has been suffering with quite significant stress, anxiety and depression for some time which makes her feel quite anxious and that he would be grateful if the letter be taken into consideration.

They are saying that this wouldn't make any difference, although I sent the letter as asked

This can't go to court as it could make her worse

    What shall I do please?

B w legal act for the claimant , so they are bound to take their side , they don't act for the defendant

We advise people not to talk to them or debt collectors , nothing over there phone , it never resolves these cases , so in writing only

If the claimant wishes to issue a court claim , nothing will stop it apart from full payment

So until there is a court claim , nothing to do , apart from keep trying for a landowner cancellation

I think you are looking for a magic bullet , there isn't one !!

Block BW Legal phone numbers!  Nothing good can come from a phone call especially as there is no written record.  Has she received a Letter Before/of Claim?  Has she received a N1 claim form?  I am afraid the decision about going to court is not in her hands, however, it is not like a real court that you have seen on TV, it is small claims and these days it is likely to be a phone call or video hearing.  If she is not strong enough to deal with a small clam hearing, you can be her lay rep - look it up - and see if that is something you can deal with.

I have sent an email to both, asking them to read this and to advise, with a brief explanation of what has happened

    Thanks for your help

I did as suggested and AOS contacted Brittania parking.  Their final offer is to pay £400 for the offences left outstanding, by today, and AOS have suggested that is fair.  I have sent them copies of payments under the old car registration for every occasion and also a letter from my Gp stating that she suffers with depression and anxiety .

We have already paid out £320  for the 1st 2 but I will have to cover the amount on my credit card as she doesn't have much money.

I really don't understand as she did pay and it seems ridiculous to me
