Calls and txt only plan

hi. I’ve been looking in the internet to find a plan with only calls and but not data. My daughter is using a basic no smart phone. The cheapest deal I can find is lebara but it also includes data after 30 days at £5. 

Does anyone uses or know of a Plan or company that gives cheaper rate than this for using only phone and txt

There are sim providers that supply no-data plans but they are designed for parental control and are relatively expensive. Cheapest "normal" provider I'm aware of is 1p mobile (1p/min calls, 1p/text). Need to top-up £10 every 120 days. I use them as my backup service.

Cheapest  I have found for some use(O2 classic can be cheaper low use)

Sky mobile 

Buy a Nokia 105 and pay £42 up front with the calls and text include for 3 years (maybe more years)

Depending on her age parentshield may be worth looking into as I know they do a no data sim.  Not cheaper though
