Reduce bill?

Fourth Anniversary 100 Posts Name Dropper
Having just had a family issue i need to reduce my bills down to a absolute minimum i have 9 months left on a vodafone deal £40 pcm. If i ring them and explain the situation are they likley to help reduce it i want to ultimately move onto a sim only unlimted for £20 pcm

    As a general rule if you leave early then early exit fees will apply for, in your case, 9 months.  You agreed at the time to pay £40pcm for 12/24/36/whatever months.  Usually the fees match up (give or take) to the original length of the agreement in the first place.

    That being said, nothing ventured, nothing gained.  Phone them up and ask them.  You may be surprised.
