Stop communicating with idiots and providing you never told the PPC or put anything in writing about who the driver is leave it there, if they recorded the conversation they would have to inform you stop getting hyped up and imagining the worst.

I hope you didn't blab about the driver's identity when you 'phoned the powerless debt collectors. If you did, they could pass that information back to the PPC who can then pursue the driver.
The information on this forum says, ignore debt collectors for a reason.
I’m worried I said too much on the phone, I told them I am a student who genuinely  hasn’t been staying at this address until now and therefore hadn’t seen the letters and then I said I refuse to pay £170 and she told me she could lower the price to 132£ And I said it’s ridiculous that she can change the price just like that
Julie, all I can say is don't be sucked in by the DRP scam

You have never owed £170, DRP have added a fake amount

YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED BY DRP ???

DRP are without doubt are one of the most pointless and powerless companies in the UK
DRP CAN DO NOTHING TO YOU ....  JUST MONEY SCAMMERS

I’m worried that if I continue to ignore because I phoned them they will have this on my records.

So what, you are dealing with debt collectors and a private parking company here.  In the grand scheme of things they count for very little.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Mr Dance, I suggest you correct the spelling mistake in the above post. You wouldn't want to get banned for using language like that.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
