Jetstream is the fibre optic product of OneStream, which is owned by Onecom, a business only supplier.

OneStream has customer service issues, apparently.  You might want to read this thread from 2018 onwards: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5906590/onestream-broadband/p1

I used to be with virgin net, and I was switched over when it become virginmedia i stayed with them for years and then they started charging ridiculous fees so I switch to talktalk, and I like them and stayed with them for 2 years until they sent me an e-mail saying the charges would go up each year. I am a very experienced network user. I am now with Onestream broadband the phone line is very reliable but networking is not reliable. The router is underpowered and takes a very long time to boot up. Login into the router is hit and miss because it is underpowered. It has a delay response like old-time smartphones, you may think it is broken because nothing happens and then it is overwhelmed because you have attempted to change settings too many times because it was not responding and then it becomes totally overwhelmed and needs rebooting.

Sudden Internet not responding is very common with them which can be very frustrating if you are writing e-mails online. Disconnecting is also frustrating meaning it is safer to write your e-mails off-line and then copy and paste them into your online webmail. Their website has no Internet status page. itemised billing has no details 22/10/2021

Good side they do not implement any website blocking yet  like virginmedia does meaning you can watch feature films until you are sick of them free of charge.

You can find special offers if you search for onestream plus a £70 Amazon token, when your contract runs out you can switch to talktalk and get a £75 Amazon token.
And so on.  ( you understand ) all very easy if you use webmail and can keep your e-mail address regardless you switch with.
It can be very financially beneficial to switch and it can all be done within a couple days without even leaving home. Talktalk will often try to buy you back before you leave them by making you a nice contract offer plus another £75. These companies are businesses they have no loyalty to you so you should have none for them.
