I have received an email from Savills the letting agents saying human error. He said City Permits will contact me shortly to apologise. Happy with the outcome.
Do I just leave this now or are there more suggested steps?2 -
Send an email complaint to the DVLA Data Sharing team about City Permits accessing your data without reasonable cause.
Tell them you expect an investigation to find out how this happened because they have clearly not seen your car there and their VRM enhancement of images in the dark must have failed and you suggest their checks are inadequate.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
