If you were to go back to the screen where you found the New Thread button eleven minutes ago, you will see there a list of threads.
The NEWBIES thread is one of the first five threads on that list - it is the thread with the word NEWBIES in capitals in the thread title.
The fourth post on that thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collectors letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.2 -
This is the page I found the new thread button by going to the forum home page, in doing so there is a new thread button when clicking that button it says new thread/ new poll, when clicking that button it opens a new tab to start new thread or poll. There is no list there at all I should stress I am working from an I pad as I do not have a laptop

That's the entire forum 'home', you pretty much never want to be looking at that!
We mean page one of this forum sub-board. My signature explains.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
You managed to find this forum back in April. How come you can't find it or the NEWBIES now?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
