Renewal form tax credits

Hi I have received my renewal pack. My employer has already provided them with the figure for my earned income and benefit in kind so the only other figure I gave us the figure on my p60. Here is my issue. On the form in box  2.2 it says to enter total earnings before tax and national insurance which of course I'd the p60 figure however on the working out sheets it say if your benefits in kind are inc u have to take them out. I don't get a paid form. Do I take my benefit in kind off my p60 figure and put hat figure in box 2.2 even though it says on the form enter total earnings  also in box 2.3  it says paytvin kind figure  do I enter the actual benefit in kind amt. What I don't want to do is deduct it off and then they deduct it off. Tried to get  through to them to ask but waiting ages any help much appreciated. I only have the3 figures.

They are just asking you to split the total amount (pay + benefits in kind) into two boxes on the form.
  • Thanks like I say wen u read the working out sheets it advises u to deduct your benefit in kind off your p60 figure and enter that figure so it contradicts itself just don't want to do it wrong. Thanks for your  help. so just to recap  box 2.2 is p60 figure and box 2.3 is the Ben in kind figure? Regards
