I already asked about no windows in the bathroom, I’ve checked the planning for what they are calling a bedroom at the back.
when planning was given it was for a first floor conservatory, is it right that they can advertise this as a bedroom?
    How much!!  :o
Half a million squids for 2 beds with a shed for a front door and an 'enhanced' view of an industrial estate  :o

So the conservatory/bedroom has no heating or aircon. That is a red flag,  could have been a plannjng work round. Planning issues aside It will be freezing in winter and baking in summer. I would steer clear. At the very least if you do offer ask to see the final building certificate before spending any money on it.

I'd be more bothered that they are advertising that dressing room as a potential bedroom, given that you have to walk through it to get to the master.
I’m beginning to think it’s one to leave alone, especially as it’s been on the market since the beginning of April, with things selling as they are, there’s quite a few issues.
Hi Issues during a property purchase can be negotiated ,my brief look at the RM advert it raises my blood pressure but thats just me  <3

Hey, there is local walk to employment in that area, which i like.  What i dislike is property renovations/alterations carried out diy style

Maybe the property is not sold due to withhold information, oh and the neighbours new gable end window was done in 2014 ish

Seems like a fairly nice property thou
