Ryanair flight change question

I had booked Ryanair flights to Portugal for next week before the green zone amendment. To be honest I had forgot they were so soon as a week today, and today I tried to change the flights on the app and it wouldn't give me an option of changing destination.

The flights were mid afternoon and now it's evening seven days before, have I passed the seven day free amendment thing? Were you allowed to change destination as well as date if the flight was rendered useless due to the traffic light system changing? I'd like to change to Prague, but not if they start charging me £45 to do so.

Obviously can't get through to their customer services outfit.

Change of airport can't be done online...their website says "please contact us using our online chat service"  (not sure how good that will be)
If it is the fact that Portugal is now amber that means you want to change, Prague won't help as it is also amber
