Why do thread replies on some boards not get bumped up to the top anymore like in a proper forum?
Basically if you update an older thread you're wasting your time as no one is going to see it on the board anyway, unless someone searches for it.

When you say update, do you mean post a new reply? That should bump the thread back to the top. If you merely edit an existing post then it probably won't.
