Which browsers, if any, support multi line tabs?

I'm currently using Waterfox classic with Tab Mix Plus as I need 2 or 3 rows of tabs.
I've got a new laptop and Waterfox isn't working well (lots of lag, pages not loading or refreshing fully). I've tried to fix it, but nothing that support suggests works...
So, are there are other browsers that support multi line tabs?
Thanks. . .

I don't know the answer to your question but, as an alternative approach, Microsoft Edge supports vertical tabs which lists all your tabs down the left hand side of the browser window.
That allows more tabs to be displayed in a readable manner than if they were all squashed in a row along the top of the browser window.1 -

They are continuing the innovation that drove the original Opera Browser.1 -
Vivaldi supports tab stacking so you can drag tabs onto each other and it will stack them, when you click that tab you'll get a second line of tabs consisting of those you've dragged together, it may be close enough to do what you want.1

Don't take it all so seriously.

Thanks all. Vivaldi looked like it might be a goer... But having just installed it I find that there's no option to import anything from Waterfox (which is based on Firefox v57).
As I have around a thousand bookmarks, many passwords and 3+ rows of tabs entering them all by cut 'n paste isn't a viable option!!!

To import Bookmarks from another browser on the same computer or from an HTML file,
- Go to the
Vivaldi menu > File > Import Bookmarks and Settings.
- Select which browser you want to import bookmarks from;
- Click Start Import.
Depending on the source browser, you can import other browser data, such as Passwords and History, at the same time as well.

Firefox 57 doesn't have any option to export anything in any format, not HTML or csv nothing. And everything is saved in their own format.
Last time I tried other browsers (which would have been 2018 when FF changed and most addon stopped working), the option to import from Firefox was in them all!
