  • Update:
    Wrote to CS and I asked to return the plants as;
    1, not fit for purpose (advertised with spring dispatch date for spring planting and no communication since 30 April) and
    2, not as described (11 varieties instead of 12).
    Though I mentioned the minute size and quality I thought it best to stick to objective rather than subjective faults. Full refund granted.

    Plants finally arrived and to say I was disappointed is an understatement! Very small, half of them dead, "magic dust" seems to have been a con, and squashed through my letterbox. Sadly, the plants in the pictures look better than mine (which is hard to believe, as the ones in the pictures are rubbish).

    However on the plus side...rang Suttons, explained I wasn't happy and they offered a full refund without hesitation. Seems like they have had a lot of complaints, so are used to processing refunds by now!
