I placed an order for the deal of 72 plants for £20 in April & despite several emails I still haven’t got them, has anyone else received theirs?

Are they summer/autumn plants? It would of said despatch time when you ordered. I ordered some plants in March that are being despatched this month.
What does your email confirmation say? If they were due by now, best to get hold of Suttons to help you.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I havent got mine either and was just going onto forum to ask same question.
The deal said latest 31st May despatch.
I wrote to them at time as order came back to Despatch from June and they said would be despatched on 30th May.
I wrote to them a week ago again as had no update and now they say will be despatched from 16th July onwards.
Ridiculous service.
I have asked them refund my order and cancel it.0 -
Nothing from Suttons ref my order on 27th April of 72 perennial plug plants (200854 Best Value Perennial Collection) using the MSE link.
I contacted Suttons after the anticipated dispatch date of 31st May came and went.
After a few days I got a reply on the 7th June saying "We do now expect your order to be despatched in the next 7-10 days".
So far no plants and no update from Suttons.
Perhaps MSE should reconsider whether it wants to be associated with Suttons...

Hi, new to the boards. I ordered the 36 perennial plug plants deal for £9.99 from Suttons subsidiary Dobies back in April. they finally arrived last week. Happy to admit I'm glad I didn't pay the full price, they weren't plug plants but seedlings and 30% of them were dead. They were simply too small to survive the journey in tiny peat blocks 1cm square. Lesson learnt. I won't be buying again!
I hope you fare better.0 -

I'm also in the same position. No update and when I rang to ask the guy could give no indication of dispatch date. Really dissatisfied and wont be using suttons again.1

Got the email yesterday saying not being dispatched until 12 July - I ordered them end of April, ridiculous! Shame it was such a good deal otherwise I wouldn't have given Suttons my business.1

Same experience here - I'm now on the 4th dispatch date for July. Email says the 12th, but the website already says the 26th for the same package which is on offer again. Really disappointing.
What's annoying me most is that I'm having to chase them up on the dates, twice now they've not let me know and I've been waiting for a parcel to arrive. The least you can do is send out an automated email if you can't make an agreed dispatch date
Not sure how much summer will be left for them to grow up here in Scotland when/if they finally make it.2 -
For those who haven't received them, count yourself lucky and grab your refund.
Mine turned up at the start of the month, but after 5 days in transit they were absolutely pathetic. Half were dead/dying, the other half weren't worth the effort of potting/planting.
Still waiting for any response from Suttons after 3 weeks.0
