Van hire deposit issue

Hi everyone. Has anyone else had any issues with getting their deposit back after renting a vehicle from Hertz? I hired a van for one day and put down a £200 deposit. The next day the rental company said everything was fine with the van and that my deposit would be refunded back to me. This was on the 21st of May and I'm still waiting. I have tried to contact Hertz by telephone, but no-one is answering. I completed an online form two weeks ago and not had a response yet. I can't understand why it is taking so long for me to get my deposit back. The money came out of my account instantly, so it should go back in the same way. I would love to know if anyone else have had this type of issue with Hertz and I would also appreciate any advice you could give me. Thank you. Mike.
