Would'nt worry if you did'nt get one, just contact Brita they're bound to send you one free, reason being the cartridges are nearly 4x more expensive than others, hence them giving away the jug. Bit of a con really.

They have been giving them away everywhere, I got my 4 from Victoria Centre in Nottingham. As I said before though you'll need to take out a morgage to afford a filter.

still not got mine yet says it will be dispatched after christmas hope martin can sort it out if they dont dispatch them as others have had them. others have been greedy to get more than one which does not help others its just plain selfish. People have missed out due to your actions :mad:

Mine arrived today (was predicted by Amazon for 22nd). It is a Russell Hobbs one rather than a Brita. It is so huge I had to reorganise the contents of the fridge door shelves to make it fit in!
