I'm hoping someone on this forum can help me. I am a regular visitor to Warner Leisure Hotels and have always enjoyed them, until now. There has always been a problem with their customer service centre (they never seem to know what they're doing). However after a recent visit which was dreadful, I have been trying to make a complaint. I have emailed and resent emails and not so much as an acknowledgement. How do I complain when they are not listening? Hoping someone can help me 🤞

You're on the property forum. There will be another far more suitable one somewhere else...2024 wins: *must start comping again!*1

2. Try the old method of writing letter, put in envelope and post it to them
3. Take your custom elsewhere. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1 -
I had a big problem with them last year and ended up writing an email to the MD. this was picked up by his secretary and resolved pronto.
