ACPOA Guildford Railway Station

I'm appealing a PARKING Charge Notice from ACPOA at Guildford Railway Station as the RK of the vehicle concerned. A PCN was attached to the vehicle for parking in a 'Restricted Area' despite it being within the confines of a marked bay. Recently, the station car park got rid of its entire allocation of motorbike parking…

I've sent of a SAR to the scammers and have received a form back which has also included a request for proof of ID and address which can be a copy of my driving licence. Is it acceptable to redact any information (photo, licence number) from the photo I send them?
