Oh OK @Umkomaas didn't realise about the 26 day rule for APCOA, this is day 26 for me. Really appreciate the help - so do I not do tha initial appeal and wait for the NtK instead?

Exactly - await the NtK. APCOA's NtKs can take weeks to arrive, often outside of the 28-56 day PoFA stipulation, so then you have another PoFA-fail to stack against them. It could well be September before you hear from them, but there's nothing to lose sleep over, the longer it takes, the more they fail! Don't get impatient with the process and be totally relaxed when their NtK drops through your letterbox - it will be no more harmful than a Domino's pizza flyer (actually, far less harmful!).GlengoyneMortlach said:Oh OK @Umkomaas didn't realise about the 26 day rule for APCOA, this is day 26 for me. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

So this continues....
I'm !!!!!! off and am going to pursue these scammers for not having reasonable grounds for requesting my information and then the DVLA for providing it.
I've sent of a SAR to the scammers and have received a form back which has also included a request for proof of ID and address which can be a copy of my driving licence. Is it acceptable to redact any information (photo, licence number) from the photo I send them?
Thanks2 -
yes, or send alternative ID.
The Government consultation has closed so we hope you fitted it in during August.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Use a copy of the V5C if available , or copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills , no photo I D , no passport , no birth certificate , no driving licence either !!
Redacted bank statements , utility bills , DWP , pension service , inland revenue , council tax bill etc , all ok if suitably redacted2 -
Go for it. Don't send photo ID or DOB - utility bills should suffice as someone else mentioned. They have wasted your time so waste some of theirs and give them a headache like what they've done to you with their questionable means!!!2
