I can't get Streetview to work in the upper link.
Where was the car allegedly parked in relation to the yellow 2m height barrier from the bottom link?
The sign on the wall to the left says JustPark.
The signs on the other corner of the wall if you turn left before the yellow height barrier says Group Nexus.

Are you sure it's not from UKPC? They were operating at that site in June 2019.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
UK Car Park Management Limited on the letter from Gladstones UK-CPM, PO Box 3114, Lancing, BN15 5BR
The Gladstones letter also indicates estimated claim value £265
Debt £160
Court Fee £25
Fixed Solicitor costs £80

That's strange. UKPC had signs on the wall just "round the corner" from the yellow height barrier in 2018. There were UKPC signs up in June 2019 although they were on the entrance to what looks like may have been a separate part of the site, but the ones "round the corner" had been removed.
Now the signs "round the corner" are in the name of Group Nexus/CP Plus.
Perhaps UKCPM were there for in October 2019, between UKPC and CP Plus operating there.
Was the car allegedly parked in the area "round the corner" or through the yellow height barrier?
If you log on to the UK CPM website as if you are going to pay (but obviously don't) are there any images of the car actually parked, and are there any images of their signs?
Unless the court fees have gone up, permitted costs are: -
The original charge - £100
Court filing fee - £25
Fixed solicitor costs - £50
Hearing fee (not normally claimed, especially for a 'phone/video hearing) - £25
In other words, if it went to court and you lost a properly defended claim, you shouldn't have to pay any more than £175 - £200I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -
The only pics are entering and leaving the car park. The pictures do contain an image of a sign on the wall "around the corner" through the yellow height barrier on the left. Quite small from the pics to view the details.
I distinctly remember moving my car during the period it was alleged that I was parked, most likely not for 20mins though as this car park is usually busy on a Sunday evening with very few spaces.
Agreed re costs0 -
When I view via https://www.paymyticket.co.uk/cgi-bin/tickit_payonline.cgi the website advises that it's been forwarded to their legal dept.
On the parking signs that are both sides, there are 4 badges at the bottom of it. The part i can't make out is green/orange, then just park, then national rail sign, then a little blue sign with a white tick. The other one round the corner to the right, only has a blue P and writing. It's all pretty confusing really.
Then a separate disabled persons badge - round to the left only.0
