Amazon voucher for Currencies Direct

Hi. I saw an article here on MSE website saying if I opened an account with Currencies Direct through this website, I would get an Amazon voucher for up to £125 after making a certain level of transfer. I followed the instructions (end February 2021), and made the transactions. I recently queried with Currencies Direct why I had not received the Amazon voucher. They have written back saying I do not qualify because I did not come through the MSE website. I am certain I did, but I cannot find a way to prove it. Can anyone help?
