Just had a look on the Broadband checker tool and no 12-month contracts where I'm moving to, will only be in for 12 months, any suggestions I need at least 300mbps which appear if I choose 24 months!

Highly unlikely that you'll get 300mbit/s on a 12 month contract. the cost of running fibre to the premises for a short term contract just wouln't be viable (even assuing that it's available wherey ou are proposing to move).
ZEN broadband will provide 12 month contracts but only up to around 65mbit/s which implies FTTC. They do seem to have Utrafast called Fullfibre100 and 300 but they are on 18 month contracts witha £30 set-up fee but again it needs to be avaiable - you need to use their postcode checker to see what is available.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0 -
As above check what you can get first .many cannot get 300meg plus yet .0
