Similar properties, huge discrepancy in prices

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me with some advice.
Last month I saw a 2 bed flat in North West London for £270k and I had an offer accepted at £268.
Today I saw a very similar property within 5 minutes walk being advertised for £399k. This was only added yesterday.
That's a difference of nearly £130k and I can't for the life of me figure out why it would be so different.
The first is 63m2, whilst the second is 64.
I don't know if I'm allowed to post links here, but it just strikes me as very odd.

links, just because they list for X, they will not always get X, either that or the seller is unrealistic

Have you checked out the local area to your flat on that street checker thingy which gives all sorts of data on an area?

Could it be length of lease remaining? Ground rents? Service charges? Cladding ? View? Close by tube? Has the expensive one actually sold? What are other sale prices like in that area,  close to yours or closer to theirs?

    Just some thoughts!

Well, the obvious answer is that the second is being advertised by an optimist and is going to remain unsold...

    ...or you've got a bargain.

...or there's something you've not spotted yet...

Well this is what I'm worried about. I'm a first time buyer and actually I come from a poor background so don't have many people I can turn to in real life.

Well my lease has 986 years on it, so I had thought you can't get much better than that. No cladding, views are similar, one side looks out to the street and one to communal gardens. The more expensive one does has an allocated parking space.
Distance to the tube - the difference is minimal. *Scratches head*

Parking space in London is, I guess, worth quite a lot? Might be one factor.

That looks okay to me.  I can't see anything wrong with it, just from the listing.  It's a relatively cheap 2 bed flat for London, and it's obviously an older block.

Who are the freeholders? Are there any plans to build a penthouse on top?

The price seems roughly in line with other sales in the block - see https://www.zoopla.co.uk/house-prices/harrow-on-the-hill/bonnersfield-lane/manor-court/   Bear in mind that London prices for flats have not been terribly buoyant recently.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
