Replacing radio/cassette with cd/mp3

yeah, ive been looking out for one but that does that and would be compatible with my bmw e38 but most advice is for the love of god dont touch it!!!!

i will probably end up getting a £130 denson ice link and external usb drive, shame i would have liked build a big touch screen mp3 player but hey its still not a bad price for puting tens of thousands of songs on your car .
