Hi All
I have a full package with sky of tv, broadband and phone package ans my previous deal has just expired and jumped to £128 from £83.
Having phoned sky about a new deal, they are telling me they can only take £19 off the bill and bring it down to £109 per month. The last time a got a deal from them they stripped about £35 off “normal” the monthly price.

Has anyone else had this with sky recently?
Or can anyone point me in the direction of getting a better deal then £19 off per month?
Thanks

Just cancel. They’ll call you back before 30 days with a retention deal.1

Split the package up!!
Just cancel TV (because getting it switched back on when you get a better offer ,is a matter of minutes) . Search around for a better broadband deal and once you have found one ,tell Sky and ask them to better or match it. If they won't then DON'T cancel but let the new supplier handle the Sky disconnection thru the standard transfer process.0 -
My Sky account cancels in two days time...I have chatted to them multiple times in the last few weeks on messenger and on the phone and they cannot offer me what i consider a good deal I have had some great discounts over the years from them but it looks like its coming to an end for me0

My sky contract finished, and payments shot up from £50 to £83/month. I called & was initially offered a reduction to £63/month. I said it was still too much & I wished to cancel Sky. They put me through to retentions. I negotiated £53/month for 18 months, a refund of £33 from the previous high bill, plus a new Sky Q box(free fitting next week). That was 30 minutes on the phone, well spent
