Tredz ebike consumer rights

Need to know where I stand.
My Haibike Flyon has been with tredz now since mid March to fix an error code under warranty.

At the time of sending it back I'd  had it less than 12 months, in  that time its been back to them twice with build quality and motor issues. In 1 year they've had it for 5 of the 12 months.

Once a fortnight I get the same email..

Hi Martin........

I hope this email finds you well.

We are still waiting for an update from the workshop with regards to this case, once we have this update we will be in contact.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in this case.

    Dear Sir/Madam
    F.A.O Tredz/Raleigh
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
On 13th March 2020 I bought your Haibike Flyon 8.0 believing it to be of particularly high quality due to it’s premium cost. My expectation was that the bike would be reliable and last at least a few years with maintenance and upkeep.
Unfortunately I have had a very poor experience from the outset and have had to contact  the supplier (Tredz) on several occasions to attempt to remedy issues of poor build quality and warranty failures.
Having had to send the bike for repair on multiple occasions I have reached the point where I have lost faith in the product and the customer service I am receiving.
    Issues include:
    • On removal from the packaging the gears did not run smoothly and the bike would not go into top gear resulting in the chain snapping. Chipped frame on delivery (emailed sent to Tredz 27/03/2020). I was given a new chain to fit myself.
    • In July 2020 I took the bike to an authorised Haibike dealer (big bear bikes) to have lights fitted. They reported to me that there were faults on the internal wiring and therefore they would not be able to fit the lights. I sent the bike to Tredz who carried out some repair work, for which I was not furnished with the details, and the bike was returned to me after 2 months.
    • In March 2021 the bike started showing a error code 0X0000005D. It would not power up. I contacted Tredz who took delivery of the bike immediately sending it on to Raleigh around 2 months later.
    • The bike is currently with Raleigh in Germany and I have no idea of when it will be returned.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is faulty. I have not been able to fully enjoy the product due to the multiple issues and this has impacted on me greatly. I would like full refund to compensate me for the breach of my consumer rights warranty failure. I hope that between the supplier and manufacturer you will be able to help me in this regard.
    With kind regards
    Martin Craggs
