The whole point remains on the level of customer service and they are not good at it .
I've found them fine on the few occasions I've needed to contact them.

I had a bad experience with talk talk as you can probably tell .
It was ages ago they were overcharging and couldnt deal with the issue they just couldnt fix it and were openly admitting it over the phone until I visited in person at the desk in Acton with paper work so they could visually view the reality of the situation .
In those days you could do this .
The whole thing took about 3-4 hours including 6 mile rtn drivetime they refunded the money owed nothing more but during the whole thing just didnt want to know about it and were gutted they couldnt just tell me to !!!!!! off which they tried over an over again .
It was first world london premises and 3rd world service they just dont want to know you once it goes wrong which is not uncommon with talk talk and why they force you into text pingpong .
