Yesterday I won an auction bargain for wellies for DS. He'll be thrilled when he sees them. I did cave as well and buy myself a couple of second hand cookbooks, but cooking is the only pleasure I have any time for right now and I'm cutting myself off now until I've thoroughly tried and tested them.
