Today will be NSD 8/18. Given OH the car so am not tempted for a cheeky shop! Need to buck my ideas up regarding NSD this month

Yes definitely squanderscouse, I do, if I put anything on the credit card I count the day I make the purchase, not the day I pay it off. I've added an NSD for you so you're on 8, I hope that's right?

Yes.
It is up to you to choose how to count.
eg.  I dont count food or petrol unless I go over budget.

Working on eating through fridge and freezer contents before shopping: only thing I'm short of is ice cream but that's always the first food to go

Im declaring another today as a result of the fact i fought the urge to get a take out coffee... (you wouldnt believe the fancy set up i have at home as a result of naughty CC spending prior to being here so im taking this as a win today!)

I include things that will forever cost me something ie food, toiletries etc not the stuff i know i can make back- but i know everyone is different.

Not one for me today as my fruit box was delivered, but definitely worth it for the fresh food. British strawberries and cream for dessert later 🙂
