When I was a tenant, I rented the property through Agent 1. At the time of moving out, I had to hand my keys in to Agent 2. I can't remember exactly, but there were problems getting my deposit back and I think this somehow involved Agent 1.

Yes, there is one in place. I am giving them both chance now. The 1st one told me he would take photos but used ones that were already in place (it's okay), and I was also not informed about a few things until I asked but these are minor issues ... I think long term the location of the 2nd agent makes it far easier to reach more tenants because more people go through their location ... I guess I'm not great with loyalty but sometimes it's worth giving things another chance. Let's see how it goes now.
