I think that's why this email annoyed me so much. I don't have any debt - all monthly spending goes on my credit cards (to get cashback or rewards) and paid off in full each month from my salary. When I buy one-off more expensive items, which I've not done for several months, I use money from savings to pay for it. I don't have any loans or a mortgage.molerat said:Had the same. I don't have any "debt" and pay my cards off each month. Last month I had a big bill paid on one of my cards which probably doubled my "debt" which when paid off in full made a big dent in it.Debt Jan 2008: £45,566. *** June 2013: DEBT FREE! ***
Paid back just under £50,000 due to some interest added.
Dealt with my debt through a Step Change (CCCS) DMP.

I got the email too, though TBH I just delete them. Maybe the "you're score has gone up/down" emails inviting you to log back in aren't having the desired effect.
Maybe a good time to check preferences

Had the same email too, I wanted to reply to tell them what cheek, but just deleted it. Seemed quite a patronising email, but debt isn't something I have a problem with
