Can anyone advise how to check online value and status of credit vouchers issued after flights cancelled due to Covid?

I had flights booked to the value of £400 to Belfast from Luton with Easyjet.
My mum has been really poorly so I had to fly sooner to Belfast.  I rang easyjet to see if I could get the flights changed into vouchers.  All they could advise me was to either A) cancel the flights or change the flights to another date.
Neither options are helpful to me because I don't know when I am returning?  Has anyone experienced anything similar?
