Wales - Rental Legislation

Options
Hi,

I am trying to find some information for someone but can't find it anywhere, only information up to June 2021.

Are evictions in Wales going to be put permanently at 6 months notice period after June 2021?

I read somewhere it was, and gov website says it's now 6 months with no end time of that legislation and other sites saying it ends in June.

The 6 months notice for evections ends shortly in England and returns to 2 months.
Not sure when this will happen in Wales but it was brought in as a response to the Pandemic so I can't see it lasting much longer

Nope, from the 1st Junes it reduces by 2 months to 4 and from the 1st October reverts back to the normal 2 months. I'm not sure what stance the welsh Government will take, they may well keep it at 6 months
