On May 24 2021 I won judgement for tress-pass and loss of income  against Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd for issuing a PCN on my car on my residential parking space.
Their argument was I did not own the car parking space and they had an agreement with the management company in their defence.
It was clear that they were not properly appointed by the management company and now all residents in my development can consider a claim against them if they issued a PCN on their car.

Congratulations ... will the management company kick out PCM as it seems they will no longer have any power now
    Was the legal Gladstones ?
The solicitors were Gladstones and PCM (UK) Ltd spent almost £3000 in legal costs to try to defend the case.
For the management company I need to check with all the residents the best way forward now
Gladstones again ?  Not sure how you know PCM spent almost £3000

Maybe PCM should be suing Gladstones for COMPLETE INCOMETENCE
But given the Gladstones/IPC/IAS mega scam ..... what will they do.

I guess the only advice for PCM is to choose wisely, now is not the time to scam people
I got the statement of costs from Gladstone solicitors

As I thought.  Sent as a frightener, more than anything.

Can you share your particulars of claim and witness statement (name and data removed of course) but showing the claim number so we can quote it?  Would be great to also have the amount claimed and assessed by the Judge, and the Judge's name, which court, and date of hearing.  The Order would be great when it arrives - it will be short, just that you won, but if we could have a sanitised version of that we can use it for those people who are currently counterclaiming.

If you'd rather email that (or the things you are comfortable to share) please send me a pm.  Others will vouch for me. I will make sure all data is redacted and only share what you want me to show other claimants/counterclaimants.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Being the star of this show, I don't think there's really any need for any 'vouching for'!  @OP - you can trust CM completely.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'll echo that. I even donated to the GoFundMe she set up to help out another victim of the parking scam.
