Won a claim for damages for tresspass against Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd for issuing a PCN

On May 24 2021 I won judgement for tress-pass and loss of income against Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd for issuing a PCN on my car on my residential parking space.
Their argument was I did not own the car parking space and they had an agreement with the management company in their defence.
It was clear that they were not properly appointed by the management company and now all residents in my development can consider a claim against them if they issued a PCN on their car.

Was the legal Gladstones ?1 -
The solicitors were Gladstones and PCM (UK) Ltd spent almost £3000 in legal costs to try to defend the case.beamerguy said:

Maybe PCM should be suing Gladstones for COMPLETE INCOMETENCE
But given the Gladstones/IPC/IAS mega scam ..... what will they do.
I guess the only advice for PCM is to choose wisely, now is not the time to scam people5 -
I missed this yesterday, what a fabulous win. Very well done. 👏

Have other residents been issued PCNs in similar circumstances to you? Will they be suing PCM and your MA too? Have any of them paid PCM? I think between you, you could really drive a stake through the heart.Does anyone want to set up a GoFundMe for PCM? Poor old souls! 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi - great win, congratulations! I have read through your thread and your situation sounds very similar to mine. Slapped with a ticket in my residential bay. I am also in an underground car park with key fob access and on here and other residents have suggested putting in a counterclaim, I am currently putting together my defence, can you advise on the wording for the counterclaim at the end of the defence? On May 24 2021 I won judgement for tress-pass and loss of income against Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd for issuing a PCN on my car on my residential parking space.

Well done, it will really start to bit once the fire can be turned on the management agents/corporation who allow these PPCs to operate and even more so if individuals who sign contracts with PPCs can be made personally liable ( my basic understadning is that GDPR allows for that but it would take an expert to realise it)
