On May 24 2021 I won judgement for tress-pass and loss of income  against Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd for issuing a PCN on my car on my residential parking space.
Their argument was I did not own the car parking space and they had an agreement with the management company in their defence.
It was clear that they were not properly appointed by the management company and now all residents in my development can consider a claim against them if they issued a PCN on their car.

Congratulations ... will the management company kick out PCM as it seems they will no longer have any power now

Hi - great win, congratulations! I have read through your thread and your situation sounds very similar to mine. Slapped with a ticket in my residential bay. I am also in an underground car park with key fob access and on here and other residents have suggested putting in a counterclaim, I am currently putting together my defence, can you advise on the wording for the counterclaim at the end of the defence?

Well done, it will really start to bit once the fire can be turned on the management agents/corporation who allow these PPCs to operate  and even more so if individuals who sign contracts with PPCs can be made personally liable ( my basic understadning is that GDPR allows for that but it would take an expert to realise it)
