Policy Expert canceling my Car Insurance

Thanks every one for the advice, I am really shocked by this. I can see no where to even upload this information. Sending it via Email is not secure. I will contact them again tommrow to see if I can sort it. Hopefully I will not lose my rag with them

Remember, they don't really want to cancel either.  Just be totally compliant with their requirements.

I may have been a bit awkward with them earlier but hopefully they understand
