Alpharooms Refund

Hi, due to Covid we had our holiday cancelled; this was booked through Alpharooms. We should’ve gone away Jun 20. We were refunded the flights costs straight away by Ryanair. However, Alpharooms have so far failed to refund us the remaining amount for or holiday. They did offer us a Credit Note, but due to the on going pandemic we decided we wanted a refund. To date, Alpharooms have failed to meet al the deadlines that they put in place, to give us our refund!! They have asked for confirmation of booking, payment etc, all of which is available on their website, which we have sent!! They are refusing to answer our phone calls & emails. Having looked at various forums it would appear that we are not alone in having problems trying to get a refund from Alpharooms for a cancelled holiday. It seems that lots of disgruntled customers are now trying to obtain a refund via the Small Claims route; however, it appears that Alpharooms are even trying to wriggle out of that process by asking for extensions etc. They even have the cheek to offer a “Covid protection guarantee” on their holidays!!
In my opinion Alpharooms should be named & shamed!!!!!
